Arrival in Amerika

After 26 hours travelling, we arrive finally at the airport of Huntsville. There we wait for our luggage. We see our first suit-case, then the second... and the eight, but where are the other eight? We are all tired and wanted only go to bed and now, we have only the half of our Moonbuggy. So we informed the Baggage Service of the Delta-Airlines. Luckily Kay Headricks is at the airport. She takes us to her very big house and her husband makes us a very good dinner.

Then, there came a call from the airport. Finally our luggage are also in Huntsville. Now our Moonbuggy pieces are complete. We take the pieces out of the suit-cases and let them in the garage of the Headricks.

With our private suit-cases, we go to our hotel “La Quinta”. There we see beds. We are all happy, that we can lie down! But before, we must write reports...

Now it is eleven o`clock and we are going to sleep after two days.
